We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our asphalt paving and commercial site development projects.

Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of asphalt paving and commercial site development projects from planning through completion. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage asphalt paving and commercial site development projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in asphalt paving and commercial site development.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of asphalt paving processes, commercial site development standards, and relevant regulations.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
