Award Winning, local successful Paving and Hot Mix Asphalt producer and construction client with over 100yrs of experience, paving hundreds of thousands of miles, is seeking an experienced Management candidate. This client has an amazing industry reputation amongst clients and competitors. They truly care about their staff and culture and is seeking the right fit to join their Asphalt family. Company serves both commercial and industrial industries. Company serves all paving needs and more, including grading, milling, stone and base work, concrete, pavement texturizing and coloring, and hot-in-place recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- 5-10yrs+ in a Management/ Estimating Role within Asphalt/ Milling/ Production
- Asphalt would be amazing but any heavy highway/ civil would be great.
- Decent company longevity/ Commitment
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Experienced PM with both Public & private work
- Familiarity with IDOT
- Financial Acumen
- Lives local to Chicagoland area.
- Career longevity
- Culture fit/ Alignment with company values.
- Team player
The salary range would be $100-$140K depending on the level of experience and background; they would be open to going higher for the ideal candidate. There is growth potential for moving into a role as a department head with direct reports of PMs, PEs, and Billing team.
