What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of experience managing and delivering innovative architectural projects across all phases
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience, including project and staff management
• Architectural License (with the potential for licensure across multiple states)
• A track record of success in commercial and K-12 project delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
• Exceptional understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and quality documentation
• Client-focused mindset, with the ability to develop creative solutions and maintain long-term relationships
• Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate complex ideas to clients
