About the Job
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks while ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and dependencies
- Oversee and mentor cross-functional teams, including globally integrated and multi-location teams of 125+ members
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for team members
- Conduct regular team engagement activities to foster motivation, collaboration, and high performance
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project objectives
- Conduct regular meetings, including stand-ups, stakeholder reviews, and status updates
- Address crises and unexpected challenges with proactive communication and re-planning
- Implement and facilitate agile methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings
- Utilize burn-down charts, velocity analysis, and other agile tools to track project progress and team productivity
- Develop and manage operational dashboards for SLA monitoring and ticket resolution metrics
- Promote automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational overhead
- Oversee incident/problem management, release management, and change management processes
Requirements:
- PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with IT program/project management, delivery management, and operations management
- Extensive experience with business intelligence tools (Informatica, Cognos, SSRS, SSAS), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies, resource planning, and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (125+ members) and manage cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure and application projects on time and within budget
- Experience in banking, finance, or QTC domains
- Hands-on experience with automation initiatives, infrastructure deployment, and database migrations
- Strong technical acumen with Unix/Linux systems, shell scripting, and advanced reporting tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
