Pay Rate: $103.61/hour on W2.
Work Type: Hybrid - On-site 3-4 days/week | Remote 1-2 days/week
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401
Duration: 3-month contract (with possible extension)
Job Overview:
- Senior Project Manager over business workstreams of integration work.
Qualifications:
Must-haves:
- U.S. Wealth Management business experience is a MUST.
- 8+ years of experience in financial services as a Project Manager/Program Management.
- Ability to apply company Program Management Framework.
- Demonstrated/strong consultative experience leading program team members through ambiguity.
- Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile, waterfall, and iterative methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.
- Advanced project management knowledge including plan development, scheduling methodology, project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting, risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies, cost/benefit analysis and alternatives identification, budgeting, financials, and benefits management.
- Demonstrated/strong written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management background.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience delivering multi-year, complex, confidential, and sensitive programs.
- Experience leading programs with a high level of value (benefit/cost), and a high level of complexity and uncertainty.
- Familiar with best practices for Risk System development.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance)-preferred, advanced degree is a plus.
- PMP and/or PgMP certification or equivalent-preferred.
Nice-to-have:
- U.S. Private Banking experience.
