* Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
What You Must Have * 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
* Client Requirements: Master's degree in business or related field and 15 or more years of experience in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies.
* Proven ability to develop, analyze, evaluate, advise and/or improve the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
* Demonstrated capability to formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
* Provide consultation on complex tasks.
* Experience leading and directing the work of others.
* Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
* U.S. Citizenship required. * Must have DoD Secret-Level Clearance.
