Become a member of our Advisory Services/Communications & Public Involvement Team and be a part of a growing organization of professionals. WSP's Communications and Public Involvement Practice is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for the IE Commuter Program in our San Bernardino, CA office. This is a project-based role, and this person will be part of a community engagement team on a public sector transportation demand management project.
This person will support a variety of activities for the IE Commuter program. WSP serves as a consultant to the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) and San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) on the IE Commuter program. IE Commuter assists commuters by providing incentives for ride sharing. This program also provides personal ride matching services, including carpools and vanpools, Park & Ride lot information, and transit solutions. With thousands of registered members, the IE Commuter team helps Southern California commuters discover their best commute options.
This position serves as support for commuter programs and reporting, customer service program, marketing and communications, and program event planning and logistics. The candidate is responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of IE Commuter’s online system reporting, physical reporting on Park and Ride Lot usage, and data processing functions. This position will also require providing exceptional program customer service through the program call center, coordinating and supporting online live chat, as well as by providing customer support by promptly responding to e-mail inquiries and by providing direction/assistance to transit customers. The position will also support the Employer Services Representative team with outreach events.

Your Impact
+ Maintain and contribute to the administrative reporting to our clients by reviewing data, tracking progress and maintaining monthly reports.
+ Maintain rapport with the program team by documenting and communicating any needed actions relative to workflow, new services, and best practices.
+ Provide general assistance to employer partners-HR and employees using the electronic and paper survey including data entry of surveys and/or answering clarifying questions.
+ Serve as a back-up for on-site employer-partnered events.
+ This position also addresses inbound and outbound calls/inquiries/live chat regarding a variety of transportation topics, as well as coordinating the weekly live chat staffing schedule.
+ Support project team with the review and quality control of client deliverables as well as public-facing materials and content.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
+ 4+ years’ experience in an administrative office role
+ Strong decision-making, problem-solving, multi-tasking and, workload balancing skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and adapt to shifting priorities
+ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
+ Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products and data tracking
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
+ Excellent Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and spreadsheet editing
+ Experience with online databases and website management
+ Experience working with customers and/or clients
+ Possession of a valid CA Driver’s License. Mileage will be reimbursed via approved expense reports
+ Ability to exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
+ Fluency in speaking Spanish (reading/writing)
+ Experience in providing excellent customer service
+ Experience with customer programs in the public sector
+ Experience with tracking product inventory
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the Riverside/San Bernardino County areas and its transportation systems (buses, vanpools, rail, ride share and micro transit)
Compensation and Benefits:
WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
Expected Salary: $47,500 - $81,510
