Senior Project Control Analyst
Overview
This role involves providing comprehensive administration, forecasting, analysis, reporting, pricing, and contractual support. The position interacts with multiple departments across the organization, particularly the Program Management and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and recognize contract revenue
- Manage program control and cost reporting
- Perform detailed variance analysis
- Develop baseline plans for programs
- Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) reports
- Conduct profit and loss analysis as necessary
- Oversee monthly financial management and forecasting for projects/programs
- Administer and support contract management
- Conduct product cost roll-ups
- Assist in briefings to management regarding the financial aspects of programs
- Collaborate with external customers and government auditors to support audits with certified cost and pricing data
- Undertake additional duties as required
- Create a professional, safe, and clean work environment by adhering to company policies, being punctual, maintaining a neat work area, and following safety practices to prevent errors
- Foster effective relationships and networks with managers, directors, and team members to achieve shared goals
- Adhere to the company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and comply with all relevant U.S. and international laws and regulations
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- A self-motivated, organized individual with a proven ability to take initiative and complete tasks on time
- Quick learner, proficient in financial and IT systems, capable of adapting in an environment undergoing systems transition
- Experience with FAR and other Government Contracting Regulations, policies, and procedures
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Contract Administration
- Experience in the Defense Industry
- Proficiency with EAC
- Knowledge of FAR
- Familiarity with Government Contracting Regulations
- Understanding of ITAR
- Expertise in Program Control
- Experience with submarines
- Skilled in Variance Analysis
