- As a Senior Project Architect at [Company Name], you will:
- Lead Transportation Projects: Take charge of transportation projects with minimal oversight, acting as the driving force from project initiation to completion.
- Produce High-Quality Drawings: Lead the production of permit drawings and specifications, ensuring precision and excellence in every aspect of the design process.
- Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with other disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, to integrate diverse elements into cohesive, innovative designs.
- Utilize CAD and BIM Software: Independently or collaboratively use computer-aided design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit to bring your visionary concepts to life.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, safeguarding the company's interests throughout interactions with clients, plan review departments, and general contractors.
- Bachelors Degree: Hold a Bachelors degree in architecture from an Accredited University.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in production architecture, including at least 3 years of recent work on transportation facilities such as airports or train stations.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to lead a project independently from inception to completion.
- Revit Proficiency: Showcase advanced proficiency in Revit software.
- Architectural License: Hold a valid architectural license (highly preferred, but consideration will be given to those on the verge of obtaining it).
