Senior Project Architect - 3P Careers Inc

About the Role

Our client, a renowned firm specializing in upscale hospitality and multi-family residential design, is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their team. This role works closely with the Project Director and Senior Interior Designer to develop all architectural elements from conceptual master planning through detailed building design and construction. The Project Architect will assist in coordinating with consultants and prepare design and construction documents in alignment with the firm’s guidelines and standards to support the success of its design studios.

Qualified Candidate Should Possess

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proven experience with a strong design portfolio in upscale hospitality or multi-family residential projects
• Architecture license or NCARB certification preferred, with an active record in good standing
• Ability to envision and execute architectural concepts that elevate client experiences
• Demonstrated project management skills, overseeing projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and client expectations
• Proficiency in REVIT or other BIM software
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Up-to-date knowledge of building codes, AIA documents, and architectural procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation abilities
• Sketching ability preferred
• LEED accreditation is a plus

Specific Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

• Collaborating directly with the Project Director/Project Manager in the Project Architect role
• Preparing construction drawings and details independently and collaboratively
• Coordinating with the Project Director/Project Manager to produce architectural drawing sets, schedules, and specifications
• Developing design concepts for master planning and architecture projects in close coordination with the Director of Design
• Acting as a representative of the firm for clients, consultants, contractors, and industry peers
• Maintaining an active presence in professional organizations such as AIA, ULI, etc.
• Engaging with high-end hospitality project steak-holders.
