Senior Project Accountant from Complete Staffing

Responsibilities

• Month-end financial statement close:

o  Cash Reconciliation o Payroll Reconciliation o Credit Card Reconciliation o Prepaid Reconciliation o Fixed Assets Reconciliation o Other Assets Reconciliation o AR/Revenue Reconciliation

o  Intercompany Reconciliation & Elimination o Expense Analytics

• Purchase Order “PO” generation
• Experience with job costing and identifying direct/indirect expenses
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Provide support during annual external financial statement review
• Provide ad-hoc support to finance, project management and operations as needed

Requirements

• BS Degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience
• Project accounting/construction industry experience highly preferred
• Advanced Excel experience
• Viewpoint experience (or similar construction GL platform)
• Self-motivated and able to deliver on tasks
• Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and reliable
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to communicate positively & effectively
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Business or Accounting degree preferred
