Senior Programmer Analyst at Judge Group

Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.

Ensure ARTS and related applications continue to support and meet business needs, maintaining flexibility as needs shift.

Create and support application code, database procedures, and triggers.

Develop application functionality based on user requests and business needs; perform feasibility studies including cost-benefit analysis and timeline estimation.

Devise and execute unit, integration, and user tests to ensure software quality and functionality.

Perform upgrades to the application environment and propose and/or implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing technical support for software applications.

Maintain accurate documentation, including source code, and write complex queries for reporting.

Stay abreast of new technology trends or best practices to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines across shifting priorities.

Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to both lead and work within a team environment.

Regular and predictable attendance to perform the essential functions and requirements of this role.

4+ years of experience using Genero 4J / VisualBasic / C# / .Net (required).

4+ years of relational database experience (required); experience in Informix, Oracle, or SQL (preferred).

Previous Network Admin or DBA experience (preferred).
