Job Summary
- The Senior Program Manager will oversee the financial, operational, and commercial performance of assigned customer accounts and programs in a contract manufacturing environment.
- This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing risks, and identifying growth opportunities while adhering to established standards and objectives.

- The Senior Program Manager will play a key role in fostering customer relationships and ensuring successful program delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage financial, operational, and commercial performance of assigned programs.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining business relationships.
- Act as an internal spokesperson for customers, communicating their requirements to internal teams and senior management.
- Achieve customer satisfaction index goals using metrics like quality, on-time delivery, ECO management, and inventory levels.
- Lead revenue growth initiatives through direct selling techniques.
- Negotiate and administer contracts, monitor adherence to program plans, and ensure contract commitments.
- Develop control systems to measure progress and address potential problems.
- Oversee program tasks across procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments.
- Identify and manage risks, drive resolution, and escalate issues when needed.
- Manage production schedules, align MPS with sales orders, and reconcile program liabilities.
- Lead quality assurance reviews and follow up with functional teams for improvement.
- Coordinate and attend operational meetings, including production and shortage meetings.
- Maintain a 12-month rolling forecast with customers for internal forecasting and material transactions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers, presenting key metrics and recommendations.
- Initiate and oversee internal quotation processes for customer requests.
- Handle Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and deviations, communicating impacts to customers.
- Supervise Program Managers, providing backup support during absences.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Contract Manufacturing or Electronic Manufacturing Services.
- Expertise in Enterprise Material Planning Systems (e.g., BaaN).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with Configuration Management Systems.
- Ability to interpret multi-level bills of materials and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, or related fields.
- Experience: 8+ years of combined experience in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, and/or Procurement.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
