The Azure Edge and Platform, Enterprise and Security (EnS) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Device Management space to reimagine the future of devices management and accelerate our customers' digital transformation journey. We are talking about all Microsoft device form factors across all workloads that includes Information workers, First line workers, IoT devices, and Students, on Windows Desktop, Windows Servers, Windows IoT and Linux based IoT devices.
In this role you will be contributing to number of large and growing businesses such as M365, IOT and Azure by driving the product strategy and innovation for cross platform enterprise Device Management and OS configuration.
We are looking for a strong Technical Program Manager with energy, strong technical skills with great collaboration skills. Who understands Enterprise customers and can translate their pain points into product requirements.
You will be leading the innovations to modernize the device management and OS configuration across number of OS platforms together with security. You will be working closely with your own Development team residing in both Redmond and offshore, and be contributing to large cross-company initiatives.
This is a Senior level job with visibility inside and outside the company. Strong communication skills are a must.

**Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Define strategy for Windows and Edge Platform management by working with customers and internal partner teams.
+ Building an in-depth understanding of customers' expectations based on Data, such as telemetry, feedback, and market perceptions.
+ Coordinating with your engineering team and other engineering teams across the company to deliver complete experiences, identify and fix issues, and flight new features and fixes.
+ Removing ambiguity and driving to solutions that are well understood and can be delivered with high quality
+ Managing schedules, risks, and issues and communicating them effectively to the team, management, and partners.
+ Delivering technical details through documents on Docs.microsoft.com and presenting to customers in various forums.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of experience as Program Manager.
+ Knowledge and rich experience in Device Management deployment and configuration. MDM is highly encouraged.
+ Deep customer empathy and ability to clearly communicate your insights to internal and external partners.
+ Ability to build partnership based on respect and trust, with internal and external partners through quality delivery, integrity, and a the pursue of a win: win situations.
+ Highly self-driven with an ability to work independently.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in developing security features.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
