We act as the bridge between our customers and Engineering teams, driving change and representing our customers' requirements into the rest of the Identity division as we continue to build, innovate and develop our Services.
Our Cloud Technologies are evolving at rapid pace and we are looking for active learners who can collaborate across a diverse and global team and are happy dealing with ambiguity.

**Responsibilities**
Identity. It's what the brave new world of enterprise IT is about. Applications and data are moving to the cloud, employees want to be productive on devices they love from locations of their choice, business groups want to give seamless access to partners, self-service is in, helpdesks are passé. And in the middle of all these exciting cultural changes, security breaches are getting more sophisticated by the day and driving more and more focus on Identity.
In this world of perimeter-less computing, the single common factor of access is... you know it - identity. This is your chance to join our exciting and diverse team that's reveling in these changes and delivering identity-driven security products and services to enterprises around the world and in the process, making the world a more secure and productive place.
The GTP ("Get To Production") team is that part of the identity engineering division within Microsoft's booming Cloud & Enterprise business that gets to engage directly with our large and complex customers. Our goal is to help our customers succeed in their journey to the cloud, with our hybrid identity products and services. In doing so, we learn from the best - our customers - and use those learnings to make our products and services better and better every day. This is real-time, customer-obsessed engineering. This really is the new Microsoft.
To be successful in this role, you need to have the technical depth and skills to be able to earn and carry off the privilege of being a trusted advisor to both IT and Business owners across our Fortune 1000 customers. You would want to roll up your sleeves and solve deep, technical, customer problems. You need to relish the idea of representing our product vision and advising on identity strategy and investment to all levels of leadership across our customers and partners. If such a challenge is what drives you, we should definitely talk.
