Job Title: Senior Program Manager Non-Tech
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $60 - $66 hourly
Candidates with previous experience working at Microsoft Corporation, either as a full-time employee (FTE) or contractor, are strongly preferred.
Role Summary:
The team is responsible for planning and executing Microsofts global paid media strategies, managing relationships with all media and creative agencies of record, and driving the companys strategic partnerships in the arts, sports, and entertainment. They collaborate across a diverse range of internal teams and external partners to fuel business growth and cultivate brand love for each of Microsofts solution areas.
Looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive and deliver senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects, and to function as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal Microsoft stakeholders. This exciting and high visibility role supports the Global Media and Partnerships Chief of Staff, Corporate Vice President and the broader Global Media and Partnerships Team.Job Responsibilities:
Programs Management
Lead and contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage business needs. Projects and initiatives include:
Business Continuity: Collaborate with leadership team for the creation and implementation of the plan and completion of business validation event.
Learning: Serve as central point of contact for the team and for nominations to the Immersive Learning program.
Executive Engagement: Schedule and coordinate team, stakeholder, and partner engagements, complete logistics and briefing materials for Corporate Vice President, in partnership with Chief of Staff.
Communications: Deliver quarterly All Hands meeting slides, maintain Teams channels and OneNotes for leadership and extended teams. Build and provide maintenance for Global Media and Partnerships SharePoint site as needed.
Business Operations
Uses understanding of the organization's strategy and deliverables to deliver objectives that are in alignment with the goals of the organization. Contributes to actions that can course-correct and drive performance improvement.
Partners and collaborates with Business Manager community and leadership team to help drive key business responsibilities including business continuity, required training, compliance training, culture conversations and Connects.
Provides operations support for weekly leadership meetings and monthly manager meetings, people and vendor reporting, early-in-career programs, ROB calendar, Wallow meetings, Transformation Team RoB, and other meeting series as needed.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
1. Minimum 8 years experience with SharePoint.
2. Minimum 8 years experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
3. Minimum 8 years experience with (nice to have/huge plus) PowerPoint with deck building and deck creation.
Minimum 6+ years experience with Program Management.
Requirements/Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, internal and external communications, employee engagement, human resources, or business-related roles.
Strong program and project management, influence, and communication skills.
Strong collaborator across a wide range of diverse stakeholders, executive leaders, and teams.
Customer-centric, highly entrepreneurial, energetic, and self-motivated with the following skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ability to be nimble, flexible and adaptable to changing organizational dynamics, and a passion for problem solving.
Autonomous, results-driven with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-group agendas.

Knowledge, experience, and understanding of the organizational structure and rhythm of the business activities for Global Media and Partnerships so that the Senior Program Manager can proactively suggest, guide, and create communications and content for leaders and other stakeholders.
