Microsoft's Global Demand Center (GDC) is responsible for driving scaled marketing and sales capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and innovating marketing & sales practices to deliver billions of dollars a year globally for all our commercial business solutions (Cloud & Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Applications, and Modern Workplace). We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Marketing Platforms to proactively lead technical initiatives and vision for the future of how we operationalize Marketing Platforms at Microsoft. This team supports relationship marketing campaigns across all commercial business groups at Microsoft and the marketing technology stack that underpins and is mission-critical to the success of the GDC.
The team's charter is to support building new capabilities, create standard operating procedures that scale globally, and manage the technology stack as a robust, always-on, mission-critical service. Capabilities include marketing campaign enablement, in product messaging, nurture, data management, content/templates, and many other areas. Our marketing technology stack supports all our commercial products, worldwide marketing campaign execution, thousands of marketers, billions of dollars in spend, billions of dollars in revenue for sales, and 40+ languages.

**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders on the future roadmap of platform optimizations & new feature enablement. Clearly communicate goals, timelines, and manage project milestones.
+ Continually look to optimize existing frameworks and technical processes to help create value for marketers and drive operational efficiencies.
+ Proactively manage dependencies, anticipating setbacks, escalating when needed, and communicating to resolve issues quickly.
+ Drive platform and marketing channel thought leadership and best practices across the team and the company.
+ Responsible for projects from ideation through delivery including semester planning, defining milestones, risk mitigation, and coordinating adoption & training
+ Partnering closely with our many stakeholder teams including Product Engineering, Campaign operations, Operational Data, Analytics, and numerous Marketing Business Groups to develop the standard ways of operating and building within the tech platform(s) in a way that is robust, secure, efficient, accessible, sustainable, and scalable.
+ Running an AGILE process to prioritize work and be transparent about what will get done and what will not get done.
+ Ensuring business processes, system operations and other technical processes are well documented, up to date, and communicated to business users.
+ Ability to communicate and correlate work to value storytelling and comfortable presenting to leadership

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise scale Martech solutions (i.e Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), specifically with Adobe Messaging platforms (ACC, ACS, AJO).
- 3+ years technology/process improvement experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ · Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
+ o OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
+ o OR equivalent experience.
+ · 3+ years technology/process improvement experience
Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
