Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in leading Program Management Office (PMO) at scale.

Preferred qualifications:

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile project management, or similar.
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
Ability to work as a member of a highly integrated team composed of technical and non-technical members.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Implement communication standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, selection, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable.
Lead a governance structure that motivate effective executive selections.
Manage a program portfolio solving problems that aim business impact for the organization.
Build alliances with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholders who have similarly aligned priorities
