Your Purpose:
Lennar Technology Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Utilizes guidelines, targets, and standards to monitor, measure and analyze results. Guides and supports cross-functional teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles. Knowledge of Kanban and Waterfall methodologies is required. Need to have a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Looking at providing expertise in deploying Lean and Six Sigma programs and initiativesand directing teams to achieve desired results using Six Sigma methodologies
Responsibilities:1. Process Mapping
- Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN) knowledge
- Process Documentation
- Process Improvement
2. Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
3. SAFe Leadership:
- Drive continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train (ART), fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
4. Methodology Expertise:
- Utilize Kanban and Waterfall methodologies as needed, tailoring approaches to specific project requirements.
- Coach and mentor project teams on Agile best practices, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and priorities.
6. Agile Transformation:
- Contribute to Agile Transformation initiatives, driving organizational change and adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Lead by example, demonstrating Agile values such as collaboration, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Process Mapping (ideally BPMN) and Process Improvements
- PMP certification preferred.Black Belt Required.
- Proven experience with Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Tools knowledgeable: JDE, Salesforce, BuildPro
