Responsibilities:- Manages multiple and/or large programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
- Manages the work activities for multiple programs to ensure satisfying delivery.
- Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
- Manages P&L for program
- Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management. Responsible for managing activities of external consultants and/or vendors. In-depth understanding of the field's concepts and principles.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
- Supervision may be provided through a team of subordinate supervisors and/or managers.
- Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
- Serve as the focal point for Government/Contractor management communications. If unavailable, the Deputy PM shall be the POC.
- Ensuring host unit processes are followed across the various locations supported.
- Manage DAF Department of the Air Force AF unit/Contractor relationships in coordination with the Government.
- Adopt and adapt to the Technology Solutions Products Group project and quality methodology and documentation.
- Ensuring appropriate manning to accomplish tasks and notify Program Management Office (PMO) in accordance with (IAW) this PWS.
- The Contractor PM shall oversee and manage the personnel required to execute all PWS requirements. in this PWS.
- The Contractor PM shall ensure adequate the required number, certified type, and experience of personnel is available to execute all requirements in this PWS.
- The Contractor PM shall ensure personnel have a thorough understanding of AFIN applications and systems.
- Contractor personnel shall complete all initial and recurring training required to gain access to host-based facilities and information networks.
- The Contractor PM shall provide the Government with a roster listing all personnel assigned to this contract.
- Following a gap or notification of a gap in fulfilling a skill set, location requirement or tasking requirement due to personnel actions (i.e., employee turnover, employment notice, promotion, etc.), the Contractor PM shall notify the Government PM by way of email no later than one (1) business day of the Contractor becoming aware of the gap.
- The Contractor shall restore certification requirements within twenty (45) calendar days following the first day of the gap. The Contractor must maintain capability during the period of the gap.
- An active Secret clearance is required for consideration
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of commercial or Government PM experience on Department of Defense (DoD) programs with Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Thorough understanding of Agile methodology
