We are looking for a product manager who has a deep sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, product completeness, and has a strong desire to create intuitive and impactful experiences that will be validated using a data driven approach.
This position will be on the Ecosystem Integrations team, which is responsible for delivering out of the box connectors (currently 700+) that enable customers to build automations in Power Automate, applications in Power Apps, and integrations with Logic Apps across services in the cloud and on-premises. This team also enables customers to build their own no-code custom connectors based on their own APIs.
We are looking for strong motivated product manager to help us:
1. Deliver enhancements to connectors that Microsoft is responsible for - including both first- and third-party services, - based on customer needs.
2. Nurture and drive an ecosystem of external connector publishers including verified API owners as well as passionate independent publishers from our community.
3. Deliver to needs of enterprise customers managing administration, governance and deployments at scale.
**Responsibilities**
**As a product manager, you will:**
+ independently contribute to identifying customers' unmet and unknown needs and market opportunities for development of multiple feature areas via quantitative and qualitative analysis.
+ own roadmap across multiple feature areas and work with partners to deliver these to customers.
+ partner with others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics, and provide clarity on fundamentals.
+ identify data informed, short term and long term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize investments in consultation with cross-functional partners for multiple feature areas. This includes building golden configurations and driving scenario walkthroughs and thought exercises to identify problems, system friction, and needed contingencies in advance of early customer adoption for multiple feature areas.
+ collaborate with product marketing, business planning, and engineering to identify product release criteria and customer acquisition, usage, retention, and monetization strategies.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience.
+ 5+ years experience in software product/service/program management.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/program management
