The Microsoft Teams fundamentals program management team is seeking a technical program manager to help grow the delivery of our core services and comfortably work with over 30 global engineering teams to address product gaps, inefficiencies, and spending. We need a resource that can focus both on service reliability and service deployment. We need someone who can help drive our effort to continuously improve how we run our business.

+ Drive our efforts to mature how we make Teams web services more reliable.
+ Scope, manage, and drive complex organizational projects
+ Drive investments to improve safe deployment practices and observability
+ New cloud and capacity deployments and technology
+ Fleet capacity, scale, and cost reduction efforts
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of technical program management experience with software/infrastructure (cloud and service experience highly desired)
+ Development experience and an understanding of cloud development concepts
+ Technical acumen and drive for detail along with ability to quickly learn new technologies.
+ Bachelor and/or Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
+ Demonstrated experience in the entire software product development lifecycle
