About the Job
CornerStone TTS is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas, working Monday through Friday. This position is available for the remainder of 2024 with potential extension into 2025.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for advanced business evaluation and planning under the guidance of the Section Director. Your role will involve active participation in business analysis, process planning, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures for Our Client.
Coordinating projects and team activities to meet Section objectives will be central to your responsibilities. You will conduct in-depth studies, analyze operations, and prepare reports with recommendations for service improvement. Additionally, you'll assist in the preparation of administrative reports and provide consultative services to ensure effective program implementation.

Your duties will include:
- Conducting detailed studies and reviews to identify and define problems in administrative practices, workflow, and other business processes, and offering consultative recommendations for improvement.
- Developing management and workflow reporting tools for program areas, compiling and analyzing statistical information to support informed decision-making by management.
- Assisting in tracking the development and approval of business processes, systems, and reporting requirements, collaborating with program and IT staff.
- Designing workflow procedures and providing training, technical assistance, and information-sharing to program staff.
- You'll also be expected to contribute to disaster response and recovery efforts as needed.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business and management principles, including business evaluation, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in computer systems, data systems, processes, visualization tools, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in public administration, management techniques, program planning, implementation, and project management practices.
- Preferably, 4 years of experience in business, program, and system analysis, as well as in developing goals, objectives, and procedures for monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong skills in organizing and presenting complex information, problem-solving, and effective communication.
