About the Job
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to join our prime contract to lead the day-to-day operations of a DoD/IC Zero Trust effort.
Job Description
- Responsible for assisting with the successful cost, schedule, and contract performance.
- Needs strong communication skills to interface with the Contract Officer Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, technical team and the Government stakeholders.
- Contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management, schedule estimation and tracking, manage security clearance processing, maintain program management documentation and quality assurance activities.
- Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
- Bachelor's degree with 16+ years’ experience in technical management, managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience in procurement support, including support to the development of customer needs statements, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordination of procurement and delivery schedules.
- Experience managing large, complex teams.
- Ability to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
- Experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is preferred.
