As a member of the Amazon Air team, the Senior Program Manager, Cargo Management, will be responsible to develop and execute new processes, policies, goals, and long-term solutions that increase scalability, streamline operations, reduce errors, decrease costs, and improve the company's overall air transportation program. This position will communicate with external vendors, managers, peers, and team members, both within the team, as well as with other departments and business partners to drive effective solutions to complex challenges. The Senior Program Manager will work cross-functionally to implement solutions that effectively exceed targets. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
