Our client, a leader in the K-12 Digital Learning space is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager - ELA who will focus on K-5 ELA products, playing a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for ELA products targeted toward K-5 and EL education. This role requires a deep understanding of ELA and the competitive landscape, as well as experience with major state adoptions and RFP processes. The ideal candidate will bring a creative yet data-driven approach to K-5 ELA marketing, with a focus on building market share and expanding adoption of our client’s K-5 ELA offerings.
About the Role
Develop and implement marketing strategies for K-5 ELA products, and other ELA-focused materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials that meet the needs of K-5 educators and support adoption initiatives. Lead large-scale marketing campaigns targeting adoption states, focusing on high-impact strategies for major adoptions in CA, TX, and FL. Engage in RFP responses, ensuring materials align with state standards and district needs for K-5 ELA products. Work closely with sales representatives to support site-to-site marketing initiatives and go-to-market campaigns. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our client’s products remain competitive and relevant.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product marketing with a focus on K-5 education, preferably in ELA. Experience with major adoption processes and RFP responses in education, particularly within CA, TX, and FL. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet management and data-driven marketing. Familiarity with K-5 ELA educational publishers and curricula, including experience with similar companies. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with educational publishers preferred.
- Knowledge of K-5 ELA and EL educational products and best practices.
- Ability to execute effective marketing campaigns tailored to K-5 audiences and adoption-state requirements.
