Your impact on our mission:
As a Sr. Product Marketer, you will shape, communicate, and launch Panorama's innovative products to our prospective and existing customers. You'll bring audience, industry and opportunity insights to the product development stage. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and product teams leading the development of value propositions, go-to-market plans, including messaging and adoption strategies. This is a great opportunity for a smart and passionate marketer to directly impact how businesses and providers experience Panorama Education, while driving change for educators and students nationwide.
On a given day, you will:
- Build core product marketing structures, such as a cross-functional product launch playbook
- Lead product launches by collaborating with the Product team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build awareness and demand from prospects and customers
- Help coach product marketing managers and lead cross-functional teams
- Train sales team members on demo talk tracks and discovery questions to support a chronic absenteeism demo flow
- Conduct focus groups and interviews with district leaders about their challenges and needs
- Work with Integrated Campaigns on product roadmap, audience, and upcoming product campaigns & launches.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of product marketing experience
- Experience managing product launches to hit important business goals
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas, and creating processes and structures for sharing product messaging across the organization
- Experience leading projects and project teams and balancing competing priorities
You'll be successful in this role if you…
- Have experience with enterprise products and audiences, online marketplaces, or have worked in the EdTech/Education industry (a plus).
- Demonstrate super strength when it comes to managing complex projects with an eye for detail.
- Have experience in and passion for collecting and using customer insights and market research to drive strategic product marketing decisions.
- Approach projects through a data-driven and analytical lens.
- Are a creative problem solver with an appetite to always be learning.
- Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help but can confidently lead initiatives independently and in groups.
- Have the ability to synthesize complicated product concepts and materials into simple, everyday language.
- Are a strong communicator, both verbally and written, and know your audience. Present to audiences (large and small, internal and external) with confidence.
- Have 7+ years overall work experience, with a minimum 5 years of product marketing experience at a technology company.
Base Salary: $119,800 - $159,800
The "Base Salary" range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary range involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama's competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
