You will be driving key cross-functional initiatives with a strong data-driven approach to drive the vision and goals of the Product Team at HiLabs.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement and competitive differentiation within the B2B SaaS industry. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between product development and sales, ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will assist in growth conversations related to new sales and expansion within existing accounts by acting as an SME in the healthcare industry and through effective articulation of Hilabs unique value positioning.
Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies and programs that equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively sell our products.
- Create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, product datasheets, and FAQs.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the sales team informed about new products, features, and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted enablement solutions.
Competitive Differentiation:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and communicate a clear and compelling value proposition that differentiates our products from competitors.
- Create competitive battle cards, positioning statements, and objection handling guides for the sales team.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Define product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and aligns with overall company strategy.
- Work closely with product management and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful product introductions.
Customer and Market Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and sales insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
- Conduct account based research to assist Targeted account based marketing.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all product-related inquiries from the sales team.
Go to market strategy:
- Support in pricing and packaging strategy to drive successful revenue growth.
- Assist leadership team in exploring new channels for growth, such as partnerships.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing/ Corporate strategy/ consulting with a focus on sales enablement and competitive differentiation in the B2B SaaS industry.
- 3+ yrs of healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market and competitive landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling sales and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
