In this role, you will define and lead strategy to move Intuit TurboTax experiences into the future, supporting work in areas like TurboTax Live to connect tax filers with tax experts, and Intuit Assist, our AI-powered financial assistant that helps our customers and experts every step of the way to provide personalized guidance to their best tax outcome.

Responsibilities
- Define impactful features aligned with team strategy to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with objectives.
- Create learning plans to identify and test the biggest hypotheses to drive your KPIs and success metrics.
- Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.
- Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
- Proven track record of delivering results that have meaningful customer and business impact.
- Energized by working across multiple partnerships and strong influencing skills.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making.
- Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Insanely curious, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration, or related field. An MBA is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
