The Senior Product Manager leverages their expertise in product management and primary care operations to deliver impactful digital solutions. This role encompasses all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to market introduction. Post-launch, the manager monitors product efficacy, utilizing feedback from patients, customers, and business partners to ensure products meet expectations and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes. The role influences departmental strategy and makes decisions on complex technical approaches for product components, working independently to determine objectives and approaches to assignments.
The Senior Project Manager- Telephony Systems will collaborate closely with front-line team members, as well as middle and senior-level leaders, to deliver technology solutions that enhance their work, and the care provided to patients. A strong technical aptitude, solid understanding of primary care practice operations, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
+ Own the telephony product to impact business strategies, execute the product vision, develop business requirements, and drive product launches.
+ Ensure task completion, meet deadlines, represent the product in meetings, and maintain documentation.
+ Provide updates, align with stakeholders and customers, communicate clearly, take accountability, and adapt as needed.
+ Collaborate with IT and business teams to investigate customer needs, research and propose solutions, engage in cross-functional collaboration, and clarify business objectives.
+ Act as the voice of the customer to align team tasks with organizational goals and lead external partnerships.
+ Set goals and KPIs for product launches, define product roadmaps, and communicate updates to senior leaders.
+ Develop business requirements and user stories, drive product launches with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve blockers.
+ Travel up to 25% within the United States.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 3+ years of product management experience.
+ 5+years’ experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong background in technology and operations.
+ Proficiency with Genesys or similar systems, telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP), AI-driven voice analytics, and voicebots. Knowledge of FCC, CTIA TCPA, GDPR, and DNC regulations for sales dialing systems is a bonus.
+ Background in developingtelephony features to streamline workflows and maximize talk time, with knowledge in call monitoring, compliance, and data retention.
+ Must have agile product delivery experience, be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and possess a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
+ Proven track record of successfully launching telephony products and services, managing the full product lifecycle from inception to post-launch monitoring and enhancements.
+ Remote work position; must be available to work normal business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA or other related graduate-level degree.
+ Knowledge of customer engagement technology and CRM integration, including Salesforce.
+ Superuser experience with cloud based telephony solution.
+ Extensive experience in customer facing healthcare setting, with a focus on technology solutions.
+ Experience with managed care practices.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
