Position Description:
Ceribell, Inc., a leader in AI-driven neurodiagnostic solutions for critical care, is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to spearhead the expansion of Ceribell's Artificial Intelligence portfolio into new indications and patient populations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of product development, collaborating with cross-functional team to define business cases, product requirements, clinical strategy and Go-to-Market plan.
To thrive in this position, you must possess the ability to foster successful partnerships with our R&D, clinical and commercial teams. Additionally, developing relationships with key opinion leaders in North America and globally, and being adaptable in modifying strategies and tactics based on customer feedback, research, and emerging trends will be critical to your success. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our organization.
This role is based in our Sunnyvale office with hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, and Thursday. For the non-local candidate we are also open for remote, however the expectation is to travel to headquarter once a month, Tuesdays to Thursdays are required. Occasionally, this schedule may differ based on collaboration needs or critical meetings.
What you will do:
- Perform market research for new indications to uncover unmet clinical needs, refine product development plans, gain insight into market dynamics and competitive intelligence, and develop market forecasts
- Define product strategy and Go-to-Market strategy that are in line with company vision and business needs
- Serve as the Voice of Customer (VOC) and translate clinical needs into product requirements for AI algorithm, software and hardware development
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle by effectively collaborating with a cross-functional team, including Data Science, Engineering, UI/UX, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality
- Work in partnership with the commercial teams to develop initial launch plans as products approach commercialization, including recommendations on market launch strategies, positioning, and product pricing
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in North America and globally
- Communicate product strategy and updates effectively to company leadership and cross-functional teams
What we are looking for:
- Master's degree in biomedical engineering, neuroscience, electrical engineering, medical physics, or relevant background; PhD or MD is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in MedTech, HealthTech or Software-as-Medical-Device (SoMD); experience with Artificial Intelligence in healthcare is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or venture capital
- Ability to independently conduct product research, including literature review, customer interview, competitive analysis, and market opportunity assessment
- Ability to derive market insights and develop recommendations from analyzing challenging and complex healthcare data
- Executive communication and presentation abilities
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
