We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with 4-5 years of proven expertise in B2B, B2C, or SaaS environments. As a key member of our dynamic product management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that considers market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launches.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, assess competitor products, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding product features, enhancements, and market positioning.
- Product Development:
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
- Define and prioritize features, user stories, and product backlog based on customer feedback and business requirements.
- Customer Focus:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate insights into product improvements.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process.
- Performance Metrics:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and analyze product performance against established benchmarks.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and make continuous improvements.
- Product Ownership:
- Manage and mentor a team of Technical Product Managers, guiding backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to ensure alignment between overall strategy and individual initiatives.
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team, empowering the team to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 4-5 years of product management experience in B2B, B2C, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
