The Enterprise Platform product group works on making sure our enterprise customers can adopt and scale Fivetran as a standard across their entire business. This important area involves investing in security, extensibility, data governance, and observability. As Senior Product Manager, Security, you will be deployed on the highest priority initiatives to ensure the success of our enterprise users. You will work on data security and data validation capabilities to help drive confidence in the Fivetran platform.Your success gives our customers and partners confidence that we are delivering a best-in-class data product, and helps drive further adoption of new and existing customers. You’ll be a product leader that collaborates closely with engineering and UX design, our partners, core architects, and go-to-market teams to deliver new capabilities and broadly support the data ecosystem. This is a position of key responsibility with high visibility across leaders from Fivetran & our most important partners.If you are passionate about driving innovation in highly technical product areas and have experience leading initiatives in security and infrastructure, we’d love to meet you!This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver office.What You’ll DoDefine and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fivetran’s security and data integrity initiatives to ensure high standards of reliability, security, and scalability.Prioritize major initiatives to improve the security of our platformLeverage analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to make informed decisions about feature prioritization, performance improvements, and product enhancementsCollaborate with engineering teams to deliver technical features like authentication, access control, encryption, and other platform-level capabilitiesWork closely with engineering, security, legal, and design teams to deliver complex platform enhancements and security upgrades that meet customer needs and regulatory standardsEvangelize the success of your initiatives both internally and externallySkills We’re Looking For5+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a role focused on highly technical products or infrastructureTrack record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable resultsExperience driving requirements for UI and complex backend systemsHave a user focused mindset; deeply empathetic to customer needs and internal stakeholdersTechnically conversant and able to collaborate easily with designers and engineersHighly collaborative cross-functionally and within product organizationStrong attention to detail with a deep understanding of the big pictureAbility to balance multiple projects and deadlinesDemonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve productsBonus Skills?Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.), data movement (real-time replication or ETL/ELT), multiple clouds (AWS, Azure, Google, Alibaba), cloud analytics destinations (Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, RDS, Synapse, BigQuery, etc.), or API technologiesExperience working with security teams and/or building security-focused productsPrior experience building data productsExperience working in a fast-paced startup environment#LI-KM3 #LI-HYBRIDThe pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business need, market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
