About the Job
AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.
We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
Role:
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for working across multiple products to build net new features, improve the quality of existing features, and deliver key insights to the business. AgentSync’s products help insurance carriers, agencies and MGAs with distribution management. With modern applications, APIs, customizable workflows and automations to power onboarding, licensing, contracting and appointing, AgentSync puts the right products in the right hands at the right time, compliantly, managed through a single pane of glass.
Working closely with the product, engineering, and design teams, this role will work with leaders across the organization to understand our customers, competitors, and the market to effectively deliver features that fulfill our mission in the insurance industry.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development of features across multiple products within the AgentSync Platform, working closely with cross-functional team members.
- Use your deep understanding of our user personas to build an intuitive and stable user experience that addresses key customer needs and values.
- Work closely with the Group Product Manager on product strategy and help expertly represent that strategy transparently and consistently throughout the organization.
- Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both business and customer value delivered.
- Work with engineering, design, QA and domain experts to align on the most resilient and timely form and delivery of the feature roadmap.
- Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally.
Your experience:
- Experience in bringing products from “1 to 2” and go to market experience in a B2B environment serving enterprise customers.
- Deep experience taking full ownership of strategic product initiatives including developing and pitching business cases to senior leadership.
- A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
- Experience building API-first products is a plus.
- Experience building on AWS or Salesforce is a plus.
- High growth startup experience is a plus.

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado:
Denver/Boulder Metro
$160,000 - $180,000 + Annual Bonus
$180,000 - $200,000 + Annual Bonus
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
