About the Job
The Facility Administrator (FA) is an “Onsite” position who will work directly with the VP, and management teams. The FA is responsible for understanding, supporting, contributing and executing duties related to the following critical areas of our business: Safety Management System (SMS), Facility Infrastructure, Corporate Human Resources (HR) group, Financial Accounting Processes, Project Management Process, Quality Control, Product Development Processes. The FA will create new and/or modify existing documentation and be able to present to all levels of the organization. The FA will support multiple functional groups and will assist in executing defined business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Perform procurement activities (PO & Work Order processing, CAPEX creation)
- Perform accounting oriented activities (accounts payable & receivable)
- Create & maintain financial reports (OPEX G/L - weekly, Rolling 13 - monthly)
- Maintain inventory (physical & logical) in ERP system including parts
- Support budget creation & maintenance process including CAPEX management
- Generate reports (monthly/quarterly) and presentation materials
- Support HR activities including staffing, reviews, development, discipline & termination
- Review and submit payroll for non exempt and contract labor to corporate

- Excellent written, interpersonal, oral communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience: Accounting, Facilities, Manufacturing, Management
- Demonstrated experience interpreting & generating financial reports
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Competent level Google Kite Apps, MS Excel, PowerPoint. MS Project
- Ability to interface with vendors, contractors, engineers & customers.
- Knowledge of R&D, Manufacturing & Project Management processes
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- AS / BS or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering
- Experience with Facility, Manufacturing and/or Management (Projects, People) preferred
- Accounting background
- Experienced in planning and implementing departmental budgets
- Must be a team player in a dynamic, fast paced & ever changing environment
- Strong work ethic
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have reliable, appropriate transportation.

COMMUNICATION and/or CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write routine business reports and business correspondence in English.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and/or customers.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals using the English language.
