We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with technical, analytical and business skills, having a passion for driving technology designs in partnership with local and remote teams. This person will possess a mindset of continuous improvement, a can-do attitude, and lots of positive energy. You will be working with teams across multiple organizations in Azure, giving you opportunities for influence, growth, all while enjoying our multi-cultural environment. In this role you will be responsible for defining and growing our Hybrid Kubernetes management strategy through Azure Arc. We are looking for a product manager with hands-on Kubernetes experience to grow our Arc connected Kubernetes experience.?Our team supports flexibility to work from home, and in-person engagements with partner teams and customers when needed.

**Responsibilities**
+ You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You'll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
+ You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. You'll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.
+ You will scale Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You'll also promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.
+ You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas.You'll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering AND 5+ years experience in product/program management or software development.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ years of experience working on Kubernetes technologies.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Additional / Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/program management
+ OR software development.
+ OR equivalent experience.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
