This includes working closely with customers and getting to solutions that best fit their needs. In this role, you will be hands-on in managing partner relationships and solutions. You will work closely with Hardware Vendors, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Solution Integrators (SIs) of varying sizes to onboard to Azure Confidential Computing, extract insight to improve the platform, and strategize Go-to-Market with marketing and sales roles. You'll bridge engineering and marketing to bring impact through customer success via scale motions through partners. You will influence the product strategy and feature roadmap to improve in-market and future offerings. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has operated infrastructure, can get in the technical weeds as needed, while has a mind for business opportunities and partnership strategies. We want someone who gets great satisfaction from guiding enterprises and solution partners towards a technology they believe in. We are looking for folks who are comfortable working with decision makers at large enterprises. This opportunity is for the technical product focused program manager who just does not want to be part of an industry movement but wants to be out front leading it. Passion is key. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of experience building or leveraging cloud-based solutions + 2+ years of experience working with customers and/or partners **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous experience workign with cloud customers on business critical workloads on a cloud solution provider, with a deep understanding of the pre-requisites, necessary steps and support required to make a customer/successful on every step of the journey + Previous experience working with top tier customers or partners + Business strategy and go-to-market experience for co-sell, pre-sell, and strategic partnerships + A structural, repeatable approach in solving complex problems, can communicate to senior decision makers in a clear, compelling way, and drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large organization + Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements, scenarios into products and services, ability to deliver results in an environment of ambiguity + Strong collaboration skills, able to drive decisive action in partnership with others across organizations and deliver results that depend on external partners + Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and influencing skills Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
