As a **Senior Product Manager** , you will be leveraging the full breadth of Microsoft's products and services, our cutting-edge Experimentation platform and latest AI technologies to create cohesive, engaging and exceptional growth focused user experience.

**Responsibilities**
+ You will influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You'll also be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.
+ You will define a feature set and facilitate reviews with customers, partners and leadership. You'll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and will collaborate with a partner team to build features and drive growth metrics
+ You will help close deals by coordinating resources and providing Engineering and Sales teams with client insights. You will also create models for determining if customers have met the conditions of success, rescope and revaluate projects, and identify ways to improve customer engagements.
+ As an expert, you will partner with others to collect metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas. You'll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ +1 years experience in growth strategies and User Experience (UX)
+ +1 years familiarity with product analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and growth hacking techniques.
+ 1+ years strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
**Other Requirements:**
Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check:** This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience in Search products.
+ Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic complex ambiguous environment.
+ Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with multiple external teams to create alignment and deliver results.
+ Experience delivering concise and fact-based communications / presentations both verbal and written and adapting style and level of information based on audience.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
