About the Job
- Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Development, and eCommerce to define and execute the product roadmap
- Manage and plan the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities
- Utilize strong dependency planning skills to manage interdependencies across multiple projects and teams
- Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize profitability while meeting customer expectations and market demands
- Act as the "North Star" for the product, guiding the team towards achieving strategic goals and objectives
- Present product plans, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Document the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity by defining goals, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Solve complex problems creatively and effectively, leveraging analytical and strategic thinking
- Communicate vision, timelines, and program status to leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Manager with a focus on pricing and merchandising
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision-making processes
- Strong background in managing and planning product roadmaps, including dependency management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in goal setting and execution
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
