Senior Product Manager for Intelligence

We seek a talented Senior Product Manager who can work across our organization to bring our data products to market. You'll report to the Head of Product and collaborate with teams across the company to define, design, and bring products to market. Data is one of our strategic assets, and our customers need to turn that data into actionable intelligence.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager who can mix user experience, technology, and business outcomes into a scalable experience that impacts healthcare for the better. You'll have experience in developing blue sky products to iterations on existing ones.  And a passion for turning data into strategic products that can be delivered by our cross functional organization. You'll bring the knowledge on how to take our wealth of data and turn that into intelligence for our products. We serve multiple markets with varying levels of complexity and they are all hungry for information.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Integllience product across our customer base. This includes our existing portfolio and envisioning a new class of products as we continue to grow for all our customers.
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, customer success, product, and cross-functional partners to define and deliver impactful outcome-driven experiences that scale.
• Define and lead concept-to-ship product development for your domain, including discovery, design, outcomes forecasting, launch and iteration.
• Monitor metrics and feedback from all sources to quantify and describe the impact of our Intelligence offerings and customer needs.  

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of industry experience in B2B SaaS in a relevant industry (HealthTech, PharmaceuticalTech, PharmacyTech, FinTech, Logistics or EnergyTech )
• 5+ years of product manager experience in B2B SaaS in a relevant industry
• 2+ years working on data intelligence products in a similar space.
• Solid product management knowledge and trends in ML/AI for intelligence products.
• Experience in building tools for decision support and forecasting is a plus.
• Excellent skills in defining strategy and bringing the vision to market.
• Excellent collaboration skills, including working across teams to define a solution and bring it to market, as well as with clients and partners.
• Can take complex ideas and break them down into achievable chunks that anyone can understand.
• You can run several tracks of execution at the same time while juggling a strategic project (you work smarter!).
• Strong analytic skills and understanding how to apply them to product management.
• You're comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
