The Growth team expands our product portfolio’s reach by testing hypotheses and experimenting across our Cloud Products and the entire customer experience.The OpportunityAs a Product Manager on the Growth team, you will work with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to create solutions that delight users and achieve business objectives.
You will identify customer pain points, develop hypotheses, and test innovative solutions to enhance paid customer conversion and drive revenue.This role can be based out of our New York City office or remotely anywhere in the United States.What You’ll DoIdentify opportunities to boost user success and conversion to paid customers through engagement improvements, platform feature expansion, conversion optimization, and discovery of new growth areasPartner with Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics to develop and implement high-impact solutions that align our products with user needsConduct research, gather user feedback, and analyze competitive insights to uncover pain points, barriers to adoption, and business opportunities. Share findings to inform strategyCollaborate with the Product team to shape the long-term vision and strategy for MongoDB’s products in alignment with business goalsAnalyze and optimize key funnels and metrics to maximize user success and business impactDrive execution by managing trade-offs, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication across teamsLead cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap that enhances customer experience at all touchpointsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 5 years of Product Management experienceExperience in Growth (Activation, Retention, Monetization) is a plusPassion for MongoDB and a strong focus on solving developer challengesGrowth-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, user experience, and learningStrategic and detail-oriented thinker, capable of innovating or optimizing processes as neededExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teamsData-driven approach with a deep understanding of product impact and customer needsStrong research skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teamsBackground in software engineering, technical education, or UI/UX design is a plusTo drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location.
Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
