The Position
CallRail is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Account Management and Authorization domain, as well as long-term billing strategy and optimization. This is a critical role with significant impact, responsible for shaping the future of how users interact with and manage their CallRail accounts. You will own features related to user access, permissions, billing, and overall account management, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. This role will provide guidance and direction for the billing domain, serving as a point of content cross-functionally for critical revenue-impacting projects.

What You'll Do
- Define and champion the vision: Develop and execute a compelling product strategy for account management and authorization, aligning with CallRail's overall goals and growth trajectory.
- Deeply understand our customers: Continuously engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points related to account management, authorization, and billing. Define and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Communicate effectively: Keep stakeholders informed about functionality, release plans, and progress. Maintain constant communication with relevant teams across the company.
- Collaborate effectively: Partner closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to discover and deliver the best solutions.
- Data-driven decision making: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your initiatives and inform product decisions.
- Bring billing expertise: Provide guidance and leadership for the billing domain. While prior experience with billing systems like Zuora is a plus, a strong understanding of billing, pricing, and packaging concepts and processes are essential.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Previous experience in billing, account management, or with Zuora is a major plus.
- Familiarity with product management tools. Our team uses Atlassian.
- Familiarity with prototyping and design tools. Our team uses Figma.
- Familiarity with measurement and BI tools. Our team uses Looker, FullStory, and Pendo.
- Previous experience with B2B SaaS is a major plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving and changing environment as the team and our product grows.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly articulate and present product concepts, cast and clarify vision, and answer questions.

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
