Product Leader
Product Leader are first and foremost business leaders. They propose new products or solutions based on a deep understanding of the market, research and analyze the business and competitive aspects of new offerings and empower other teams to build a suite of products and solutions that solve real customer problems.
As a visionary product leader, you will work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Operations, and our Go-To-Market teams to build the next generation of InSight Intelligent Document Processing.
Responsibilities
- Leads Product Strategy. Develop and maintain program objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Connects user/market needs with product goals
- Defines/validates problem statements through experimentation
- Evaluates and makes recommendations on various market opportunities.
- Understands target personas and motivators
- Gathers intelligence on the competitive landscape and build battlecards.
- Define Iron Mountains white space
- Builds the business model canvas and performs cost benefit analysis for MVP. Obtains buy-in from necessary stakeholders
- Defines high-level MVP requirements and recommend build/borrow/buy options
- Works with product marketing teams to help them understand the key personas, product/solution capabilities and positioning Develops and maintains a product roadmap of initiatives, releases and epics for the APAC Banking vertical. Work with various teams to prioritize items/backlogs on roadmap
- define vision, themes, prototypes, user experience, and innovative product capabilities
- Specifies requirements for current and future products supported by market research and on-going interaction with both customers and non-customers
- Balances priorities between new solution development and supporting teams on deals requiring feature enhancements
- Participates in release and product retrospectives with Engineering teams
- Collaboratively develops and communicates the Go-to-Market strategy and value proposition to sales, presales and marketing teams
- Participates in webinars are a domain expert
- Focuses on product deliverables for the next 6 to 18 months
- Overall 10+ years of work experience with 5+ years in software product management. In particular, understanding of Enterprise Content Management solutions is highly desirable. Generally knowledgeable in technology
- Intelligent Document Management services domain expertise
- Research as well as a strong business and analytical mindset
- Great communication skills. Ability to speak to C-Suite and Senior Leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset
