Senior Product Development & Solutions Support Manager

Our client seeks a forward-thinking Senior Product Development & Solutions Support Manager to lead and shape the future of their hydraulic fracturing software suite. This role is ideal for a strategic and innovative leader who can identify and capitalize on new product opportunities to exceed customer expectations and align with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Development: Define, capture, and prioritize user requirements to achieve product-market fit, working closely with cross-functional teams to align product features with customer needs.
2. Product Roadmap & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, securing organizational buy-in to support adoption and alignment with business goals.
3. Product Enhancement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve existing products, enhancing functionality and performance to meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee UAT to ensure final products deliver the intended features, functions, and user experience.
5. Customer Engagement & Training: Drive customer satisfaction through effective training, onboarding, and feedback collection, fostering product adoption and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Extensive experience in oil and gas product development, especially in fracturing software, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle in a Microsoft DevOps environment is preferred.
• Ability to conceptualize and prototype new product ideas, gather user requirements, and identify tools for efficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
