The RolePilot is hiring aSenior Product Designerfor our SMB Product & Design teams. Pilot’s SMB Product & Design teams are focused on equipping small and medium-sized businesses with tools to gain close control and visibility into their finances.
We deliver real-time insights into the health of businesses and empower business owners to make strategic and financial decisions with confidence. We’re looking for a collaborative designer who can successfully balance creative thinking at 35,000ft and executing at 35ft to deliver intuitive and impactful product experiences.Key Responsibilities You will:Partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive product decisions and roadmap prioritiesLead the end-to-end product design process to ensure seamless interactions at every touchpoint within your product and service areasDevelop end-to-end user workflows, low to high-fidelity wireframes, and prototypesDesign within an established design system and contribute to the evolution of new design standards across PilotDeliver thoughtful solutions and detailed specs that are ready for implementationCollaborate with internal/external users to conduct interviews and gather data to inform design decisions as neededMentor other designers on strategy and craft, and maintain our team's high standard of designAbout YouOur ideal candidate is a curious, highly analytical, and team oriented individual with the following qualifications and skills:Experience: 6+ years in Consumer Product, Enterprise, SaaS, Service Design or a relevant field with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end workflows and experiences from strategy to executionProduct & Systems Thinking: Skilled at simplifying complex systems to achieve human-centric solutions that balance simplicity and functionalityDesign Craftsmanship: Strong attention to detail in information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.Communication: Strong visual, verbal, and written communication.

Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.
