Join us.About the TeamAs the window of TikTok's business services, our TikTok UED Monetization Product team is aiming to enable and inspire clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential.
We want to ease and inspire clients to achieve their goals, explore more possibilities and create values with TikTok.
Being part of team member here, you will be able to utilize qualitative/quantitative studies to collect user feedback, create a deep understanding and empathy for our customers, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet the business needs.
The generative AI team focuses on developing cutting edge, easy-to-use products or solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators.
We are committed to automate creative workflows and you will be at the forefront of driving innovation by leveraging AI technology.In this role you will:- Own the experience of AI related products that are valuable to users in the monetization eco-system.
- Own every aspect of a design process, from defining user problems to delivering high fidelity design solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the strategy .- Work with user researchers to understand user problems and validate design solutions.- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their success.QualificationsQualifications- Experience with designing and shipping AI or chat products- Experience in ads, monetization applications or monetization use cases- Minimum of 5+ years of product design experience for web applications- Ability to explore design variations and rationalize your design choices- Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations with different audiences- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run a project without close supervision- Willing to adapt and contribute to the design systemTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
