Title: Sr. Product Analyst

Location: 3 days a week onsite - 2 days remote

Duration: 12+ month contract with extensions (this should be at minimum an 18 month contract

Compensation:

$60/hr to $65/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Must Haves:

• 5-7 years of product analyst experience
• Ideal but not required- POS experience in the Restaurant industry
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with a variety of different internal teams/stakeholders all at once
• Experience working with Jira
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile Environment
• Experience managing backlogs

Plusses:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working In Backoffice systems within a POS (inventory and labor management)
• Experience working with Par Brink
• Strong understanding of Jira, Epic stories, managing backlogs, agile methodologies, and TDD (test driven development)

Job Description:

A restaurant industry client of Insight Global is looking for a Product analyst to join their team. This person will be working hand in hand with the Product Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the development, enhancements, and maintenance of the client’s POS systems, ensuring the system meets customer needs, integrates with other business systems, and aligns with overall strategic goals. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the performance and functionality of the POS product.
