Senior Process Project Manager, Water practice, Spartanburg, SC - Nordico Search LLC

The primary responsibility of the Senior Process Project Manager will be to oversee process design and management for Water projects across the company. This role involves guiding projects from conceptual planning through to the development of bid-ready documents.

Key duties and responsibilities for this position include providing facility and equipment layouts, conducting design calculations, coordinating with equipment vendors, managing and coordinating support discipline activities, collaborating with regional offices and regulatory agencies, and ensuring quality assurance and control.

As a Senior Process Project Manager, you will work closely with the Process Group Leader to manage teams, coordinate schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.

Furthermore, this role requires active participation in client meetings and industry conferences, representing the firm as a subject matter expert.

Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including experience in project/team leadership. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have previous experience as a manager overseeing process design for major water and wastewater treatment plant improvement projects and hold a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.

Strong communication skills are essential for managing project teams and maintaining internal client relationships. Candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in civil or environmental engineering are preferred.
