SUMMARY:
As our process engineer you will be focused on developing and expanding cutting-edge semiconductor process using strong fundamental science/ engineering principles and concepts. You will design, plan, and perform engineering duties for major projects or for projects with moderate complexity under general guidance. You will work with development engineers at the customer site and with the parent company. This position may require travel to support other customer site process issues, attend technical conferences, or additional training.
TRAVEL: Some Domestic and International for visiting customers and trainings.

SUMMARY:
As our process engineer you will be focused on developing and expanding cutting-edge semiconductor process using strong fundamental science/ engineering principles and concepts. You will design, plan, and perform engineering duties for major projects or for projects with moderate complexity under general guidance. You will work with development engineers at the customer site and with the parent company. This position may require travel to support other customer site process issues, attend technical conferences, or additional training.
TRAVEL: Some Domestic and International for visiting customers and trainings.
MUST HAVES:
- Integration Flow
- Deposition Tools (CVD, ALD, PCVD)
- Etch or Plasma
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, develop, and optimize new or modified process formulations
- Define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing.
- Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
- Compile and analyze test data for design of experiment (DOE) plans characterizing appropriate limits and variables for processes or material specifications.
- May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.
- Attend technical conferences to create technical reports and come up with technical solutions for new and existing processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree, prefer Ph.D, in related core sciences such as Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 4- with years of experience in the semiconductor fields with Integration, deposition, plasma, etch process with strong metrology experience.
