Senior Principal Controls Engineer - Intra Management Solutions

Seeking a Senior Principal Controls Engineer to lead and execute technical project management activities with a focus on Control System Design. The role involves planning, coordination, and design for medium to large projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed control system designs, including hardware, network, and infrastructure layouts.
• Create project documentation, such as control cabinet designs, I/O lists, logic diagrams, and installation drawings.
• Provide technical guidance, monitor progress, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply knowledge of NEC, ISA, and IEEE standards to project designs.
• Review and validate designs by control system suppliers.
• Generate progress reports and support vendor management during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, ISA, and IEEE standards.
• Proven expertise in control systems hardware, network design, and infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• US citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (e.g., PE license) are a plus.
• Experience with Emerson Delta V systems.
• Proficiency in engineering, procurement, and construction management processes (EPFC/CM).

Salary Range: $102,000 - $184,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
Location: Greenville, SC (US citizenship required).
